Henrique Nobrega is the Chief Technology Officer of CNA, where he leads the network's digital transformation and the development of innovative educational platforms. As founder of Ctrl+Play, he built one of Brazil's largest technology education networks for young people, expanding from a single operation to more than 200 units across the country. After consolidating the company as a market reference, Ctrl+Play was acquired by CNA Group, allowing Henrique to assume technological leadership of the network. This journey as an entrepreneur and growth leader prepared him for the challenges of scaling technology and product in a large organization.
At CNA, Henrique leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for corporate systems, learning platforms, CRM, data analytics, and digital products. His approach combines technological innovation with a focus on business results, always aiming to create value for students, teachers, and franchisees.
An expert in artificial intelligence applied to education, he has been a protagonist in creating solutions that personalize learning and optimize operations. His product vision and ability to execute complex strategies position him as a reference in educational technology in Brazil.

Founding Director of Ctrl+Play
Founded Ctrl+Play with the mission of democratizing technology education for children and adolescents. Developed the pedagogical methodology, proprietary ERP, student portal, and all digital infrastructure that enabled scaling the operation nationally.
As founding director, he structured processes, culture, and governance, establishing Ctrl+Play as one of the country's leading educational technology networks. During this period, he consolidated experience in network management, digital product, educational technology, and scalable growth.
Acquisition by CNA Group
After the expansion and consolidation of Ctrl+Play, the company was acquired by CNA Group. The transition marked the combination of the edtech's agility and innovation with the strength and capillarity of one of Brazil's largest education networks, expanding the brand's reach.

With the acquisition, he assumed leadership of Ctrl+Play within the group, leading accelerated expansion through CNA franchises. He was responsible for the strategic integration of the brand, ensuring its consolidation as an essential part of CNA's educational ecosystem.
