With a focus on product, data, and user experience, he leads initiatives that impact thousands of students and hundreds of units. His combination of technical and strategic vision directly contributes to growth, innovation, and strengthening of CNA in the educational market.

With the acquisition, he assumed leadership of Ctrl+Play within the group, leading accelerated expansion through CNA franchises. He was responsible for the strategic integration of the brand, ensuring its consolidation as an essential part of CNA's educational ecosystem.

After the expansion and consolidation of Ctrl+Play, the company was acquired by CNA Group. The transition marked the combination of the edtech's agility and innovation with the strength and capillarity of one of Brazil's largest education networks, expanding the brand's reach.

Founded Ctrl+Play with the mission of democratizing technology education for children and adolescents. Developed the pedagogical methodology, proprietary ERP, student portal, and all digital infrastructure that enabled scaling the operation nationally.

As founding director, he structured processes, culture, and governance, establishing Ctrl+Play as one of the country's leading educational technology networks. During this period, he consolidated experience in network management, digital product, educational technology, and scalable growth.
